Every once in a while you find a team that takes is work to another level by dedicating every available resource to ensure that nature is preserved, time and space respected, and the client comes away with more than a house. They have a home.

"I build a house like I'm going to move in. So if I don't like something, I know they're (my clients) not going to like it either," said Harry Jacobs, Owner. "If I didn't build this way, I could end up with a 'punch list' of problems to solve. Why not just do it when I'm already there?"

The Jacobs Enterprises approach to home design is built around experience and hands-on management. Unlike other home builders which depend on job superintendents and layers of management staff, Harry and Ginni oversee all aspects of their projects personally.

"I was raised in the building business, and my love is building custom homes," said Harry. "Having built hundreds of homes in the Tulsa area I've come to believe people find it more comfortable to deal directly with their builder, not a liaison person or superintendent."

Homes built by Jacobs Enterprises were included in the Tulsa Philharmonic 2002 'Designer Showcase'.
